To best serve your healthcare needs, Altru now provides you with multiple communication options to stay connected with your healthcare provider. We recommend that you allow us to communicate with you via text messaging for quick and easy communication in addition to having access to MyChart.
By opting in to text messaging, you can receive important updates from your healthcare team including:
- The ability to confirm or cancel an appointments
- Receive updates related to your MyChart account
- Receive billing information
- Receive quick care related communications
There are two options to sign up for text messaging. Opt-in now to get texts from Altru.
- Text START to 26042.
- Visit MyChart to update your communication preferences in your MyChart patient portal.
By opting in to texting from Altru, you can receive text messages related to your upcoming visits, billing notifications and care management updates.
